Business Support Analyst

Megabyte Systems is the market leader in California Property Tax Systems, providing property tax accounting and auditing solutions to county government.

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Analyst with proven experience providing customer support for business software applications.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities

  • Executing test plans on pre-released versions of software
  • Assessing product functionality against quality standards
  • Research and document reported issues to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
  • Logging issues for development team review in detail
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy of program functionality

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years customer support
  • Technical Knowledge and business awareness
  • Self-starter with solid work ethic
  • Experience with Microsoft office products
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in both an individual and team environment

Pluses

  • 1+ years of previous QA experience in a related field
  • Associate degree or similar technical school certification
  • California Property Tax Knowledge or financial background
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects

Compensation:
