Megabyte Systems is the market leader in California Property Tax Systems, providing property tax accounting and auditing solutions to county government.
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Analyst with proven experience providing customer support for business software applications.
Principle Duties/Responsibilities
- Executing test plans on pre-released versions of software
- Assessing product functionality against quality standards
- Research and document reported issues to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Logging issues for development team review in detail
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy of program functionality
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer support
- Technical Knowledge and business awareness
- Self-starter with solid work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft office products
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
Pluses
- 1+ years of previous QA experience in a related field
- Associate degree or similar technical school certification
- California Property Tax Knowledge or financial background
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects

Compensation:
